About DUH

DUH — Designing Understanding Homes — is a Sydney residential design studio creating considered, practical and personal homes across the metropolitan area.
We believe good design is not about imposing a signature look. It begins by listening: understanding your family, site, priorities, budget and the way your needs may change over time. From there, we shape clear, functional spaces with warmth, natural light and a strong connection to everyday living.
Our work covers new homes, duplexes, granny flats, alterations and extensions, and interior design. Whether the project is large or small, our aim is the same—to make the design process approachable and create a home that feels genuinely yours.
DUH（Designing Understanding Homes）
